Morris the manager is the worst! Took 4 kids to the Stonecrest Round 1 on October 6, 2017 and rented ping pong and karaoke at 3:45. Cashier said nothing about prices more than doubling after 4pm and if you checkout after 4pm, that's the price you're stuck paying. My kids played ping pong for about 30 minutes and turned in equipment to cashier who did NOT turn off the timer and kept charging us. When turning in equipment for karaoke (around 6:10pm), the cashier admitted that we were overcharged for ping pong. Morris, a manager, came over and that's when drama started. He said he can't prove that we turned in ping pong equipment early. I told him to check the many cameras watching this area. He refused and said he will just charge us for 1 hour. I said that's unfair since they didn't play for an hour. He then THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY IN FRONT OF MY KIDS to make me pay!! Never had anything close like this happen before. I told him he should waive the fee since it was his employee that messed up by not checking in the equipment properly and because of his poor customer service skills causing such a bad experience. He kept insisting I pay a fee that he came up with. I asked for another manager. I told that manager that this was the 2nd time we were here this week plus I've spent hundreds of dollars since opening less than a year ago. This manager was professional, understanding, and apologetic for the way Morris handled the situation.
Girls @ food counter, Rude, 2Much Attitude. Wing platter cold, only gave me 2 of 3 types of wings ordered. I was told, "we made the wings", I guess I lied and hid the bones.........lol. "Manager stands there, No Apology for mix up, Sorry for you having to wait for wings we didn't give you". I felt I was inconveniencing them.........
I went today with my family I always have a good time most times . But today I ordered food . My husband forgot to let the lady know it was pepperoni so she gave us cheese so when we told her hey sorry we wanted pepperoni another lady said no you have to take it or pay for another pizza so then they put pepperoni on it . And baked it again and burned it and didn't even cut it right . So then we gave it back with out eating it and asked to speak to the manager because they said that's how the pizza is made with the cheese being brown . So then the manager gave us another pizza . But they were being so rude . I was just left standing there for some minutes wondering what was going on . . Because no one told me what was going on. . We weren't even rude we asked politely for another pizza we paid 30.00. and they were just ass butts . Me and my husband work in customer services so we know when there's a issues we don't just don't go off . So hopefully people additude changes .
I like Round Ome. I like the atmosphere.
Came from out of town to take my lady on date night.
The place was fun, but the place had a lot of games that didn't work. I couldn't even play a game against my boyfriend because every other machine would be "temporarily out of order". The place looks well kept overall and has a lot of potential. The prices are better than Dave and Busters, but D&B actually have machines that work and won't steal your money. I personally liked it because I made the best of it and it does have some cool games.

TVs everywhere for you to enjoy your favorite game. Good selection of beer and other beverages. I think they're really trying to improve on all areas. I think they should be given the opportunity to do so. Lots of games and really good games. I think they will have good success here in the Stonecrest Mall.
