Please read till the end. They gave away one of our three vans we reserved because we were not there within one hour of the reservation time. Thing is, we told them ahead of time what time we would be there. Don't you think they would have told us about this time constraint? They treated us like we were dumb when we asked about this. Did not apologize. Very rude.

Never had issues getting a car from here. Cars always fully fueled and clean. Customer service is great. Only issue is it can be very busy often. The team does a good job of managing it, but if you go later in the day it may be a bit of a wait.
My sister rented a navigator from here and the people were nice and helped us with car. I highly recommend this place! Prices are budget friendly and you get the newest models too!
Not to excuse the service we received the day of my complaint, but Budget has been on top of things since then. They responded to my complaint I filed through their system, and to this review as well. I was called by their regional manager, and she apologized profusely and said she would take care of he matter. If management does everything they say they are going to do, I think this place may get back to normal.
When we brought the vans back the next day, they were very rude again. The woman asked me where my paperwork was, in a very accusatory tone, and I told her the other driver had it. She said, "You were supposed to keep it in the car." I told her I was never told that, and she said "Yes you were." Cool, so I am a liar now.
Horrible customer service...rep that helped me was rude never smiled..everything I asked her was no..I wanted. I wanted a midsize suv..but not no jeep and especially red..when I asked if they had anything else...no...when could she check another location ..no..she offered no alternative...just no..so in waiting what I wanted someone brought back...so I went in and asked did they have a suv to come in...this chick told me a bold face lie ..that one didn't come in. When I saw the lady bring it with blue key tag.. .then she had nerves to take off her glasses and roll her eyes at someone..wow terrible
What a great experience!!! Customer service was great.. I will definitely will be back to rent for the future. Ms. Shaniqua was a great personality...
