In love coming to this Lowe's. I always receive excellent customer service. Today I was shopping for paint and Carlton was exceptional. He cheerfully approached and asked how he could assist me today. I explained what I was looking for and he gave excellent suggestions. This is why I continue coming to this location.
Most employees were helpful, some were not, the ones that needed to be most helpful for them to make a sell was not helpful at all and complained to the buyer of the supplies, as we were buying for a job that needed to be completed for an investment company. Her complaints to this person ended in a majority of the supplies we needed to be put back, so they lost out on additional money.. we will just get the rest from home depot, theyd be grateful for the business.
No one is ever around to assist. Aisles are inadequately labeled therefore it is quite difficult to find what you need. Left my cart in the middle of the store and left. Will never come back.
Visited Lowes on November 27th, all the employees were super nice and helpful. Went there to purchase a Christmas tree with my fiance, and the gentleman who works in lawn and garden who name starts with an "T" was very courteous. We are going back for another visit to purchase poinsettias.
The garden center is pretty good. I've never had a problem with that department. The lumber center on the other hand sucks ass!!! Poor communication between employees. The saw seems to always be broken or you wait forever for someone to cut wood for you or they never come. I've spoke with the manager and he really didn't care. All he said was sorry for the inconvenience. I'll just stop going here. Such a waste of time.....
