Table was not completely clean. It was cleared but not completely wiped down. Too long to get meal and it was not correct and not good!
The food was good, but my server seem to be unable to keep up with the pace of his customers. I ran out of coffee and had to ask another server for a refill. I seen the cook put my food in the ready window but my server just kept doing other things. It took about 20 minutes to get out good and at the time it was only 3 other tables occupied. Good restaurant but need better service.
laughing and stuff. So another waitress came and ask have we been serve yet I'm like NO!! She like okay well someone should be with you shortly I explain to her that it's going on an hour and I haven't even been ask what I wanted for my drink. So finally after they done had their side conversations we finally get served. But unfortunately theirs another BUT... So when we ask for our ticket so we could pay it took them another 30 minutes. Better be lucky I didn't walk out and not paid for nothing. I was so close to doing so.
Aurora G, you brought tears to my eyes. This world today is so cold and heartless and then a diamond like you shine. You came out of your pocket to pay for my breakfast. Even with the ruff morning you had, you saw that I could use a smile this morning. That was the sweetest thing. I'm so thankful that a sweet person like you still walk this earth. Horrible experience....restaurant was filthy with several dirty tables, waitress on cell phone several times, had to ask for coffee more than once and no utensils, asked for juice more than once as well. I would not recommend coming to this place unless it's an emergency.
I give three stars because the food was pretty good. I don’t even like pancakes at all but my sister wanted me to try theirs and gosh was it delicious with the toppings. But when I went back for the second time I was seated right away BUT. It took them half a hour just to come take my order. When someone finally did come she ask have we been served yet I'm like No!! She's like okay I'll go get someone mind you I'm seated by the door so I watch her as she stop and had multiple side cconversations
